<p>They’re now hiring a <strong>Senior Full Stack Engineer</strong> to join their growing team at a crucial stage — just ahead of a major product rollout.</p>
<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>As a <strong>Senior Full Stack Engineer</strong>, you’ll work across the full product lifecycle — from shaping architecture and writing clean, scalable code to improving performance and enabling intelligent, data-driven features. You’ll collaborate closely with the AI and product teams to help build out a platform that’s smart, robust, and built for scale.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on role with real ownership — perfect for someone who thrives in product-led environments and wants to shape a high-impact fintech product from the ground up.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Be Working On</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Designing and building scalable backend services and modern, intuitive frontend components</li>
<li>Collaborating on the technical direction and architecture of the product</li>
<li>Developing and integrating APIs, database systems, and third-party tools</li>
<li>Supporting AI feature integration and ensuring seamless user experiences</li>
<li>Contributing to code quality, testing frameworks, and performance improvements</li>
<li>Working cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams to ship end-to-end features</li>
<li>Helping scale systems to support increasing user demand and complexity</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally in SaaS or fintech</li>
<li>Strong backend expertise with Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)</li>
<li>Solid frontend skills with React and TypeScript</li>
<li>Experience designing and working with REST APIs and relational/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)</li>
<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP or Azure</li>
<li>A collaborative, pragmatic approach and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working with AI/ML-driven platforms or tools</li>
<li>Knowledge of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines</li>
<li>Background in building data-rich applications or working with analytics tools</li>
<li>Exposure to fintech products or an understanding of financial workflows</li>
<li>Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, or vector databases</li>
</ul>
