WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Senior Manager, HMA & GMA Strategy Ops meets targeted incremental sales goals for Hyundai & Genesis through review and support of dealership changes in accord with the Dealer Network Strategy. Supports Strategy group relevant Field teams for Hyundai & Genesis and aids the National Network General Managers in facilitating and development of those agreements intended to driven network changes aligned with established market strategy prioritization.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Partner cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for underperforming U.S. markets and dealers
Support development and delivery of reports and recommendations to the DND Executive Committee for dealers not meeting HMA/GMA Sales, Service, Parts, Branding, and Financial standards
Develop and track KPIs to measure competitive dealer performance across all markets
Analyze market registration data; incorporate expansion and replacement strategies in underperforming markets
Collaborate with seven regional offices and DND teams to gather regional insights and maintain the dealer Rainmaker database
Design, implement, and track financial intervention (FI) initiatives demonstrating ROI in sales‑loss markets
Manage and oversee the annual DND financial intervention cost center budget
Develop and enforce DND financial intervention policies and guidelines
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and the DND Executive Committee on FI agreements and market actions
Utilize sales reports and financial statements to assess dealer financial strength and compliance with company standards
Support DND Steering Committee operations, including compiling materials, ensuring regional submissions, maintaining records, and tracking decisions
Apply local market knowledge to advise USAI Market Studies and the DND Steering Committee on market study recommendations, including RSA definitions
Produce ad‑hoc reports and support special projects, including Executive Market Drive decks
Support the Dealer Development liaison by providing data, insights, and analytical support
Schedule, track, and support three to five field National Network General Managers
Support channel management priorities and facility programs
Implement long‑term network strategy and evaluate dealer enhancement requests
Establish, monitor, and enforce dealer performance standards
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Must be a high school graduate.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Master’s degree a plus.
Eight or more years of wholesale automotive experience is required.
Five or more years in positions relating to market analysis and dealer representation planning and placement is preferred.
Five or more years of OEM field experience is preferred.
Knowledge of business operations and the ability to recognize the dealership locations and management that will maximize the potential sales markets for Hyundai and Genesis.
Ability to develop productive and effective dealership relationships by nurturing trust and understanding of financial dealer operations.
Abiility to access the abilities of potential and current dealers to deliver promised sales success.
Ability to effectively evaluate and present proposed business commitment to top executives and committees.

Compensation Range: $107,800.00 - $154,000.00 annual base salary
