Production Supervisor

We are working with an established manufacturer operating in the safety and industrial technology sector, developing specialist electro-mechanical products used in regulated building and infrastructure environments. The position combines hands-on leadership with structured operational oversight, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure plans are delivered, systems are followed, and continuous improvement is embedded into daily routines.   Essential Requirements of a Production Supervisor Experience leading and managing teams in a manufacturing or production environment Comfortable working with ERP systems to support day-to-day operations and reporting Able to operate in a structured, regulated environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery Clear, confident communicator with a practical, people-focused leadership style Desirable Requirements of a Production Supervisor Exposure to electro-mechanical, electronics, or similarly technical manufacturing environments Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable ERP systems Familiarity with continuous improvement or lean manufacturing approaches.
