WORK ENVIRONMENT In-Person, Shop, Flexible to travel offshore QUALIFICATIONS Have combo welding experience, pipe and structuralMUST BE ABLE TO PASS 6G WELDING TESTRead WPS prior to welding to know heat, speed and electrical input (Structure WPS = 115ABS, Pipe WPS -= 105ABS)Willing to work offshore, able to legally travel outside of the USAble to work 40-84 hours weeks Back welding not allowed on structural test, penetration must be clean and performed from one side onlyMust have 5+ year's experience RESPONSIBILITIES Weld on pipe and structureGTAW (gas tungsten arc welding)SMAW (shielded metal arc welding)FCAW (flux-cored arc welding)Pass 6G test, weld various components in flat, vertical or overhead positionsWeld according to engineering specs on process piping, equipment and structural steelPAY RATE $30-32/hour in town (shop), $545-581/day off shore rate SCHEDULE Day shift, flexible to work overtime and weekends WHO IS TMD STAFFING?
