We're looking for an experienced PMO Lead to drive governance, reporting, and delivery standards across a key programme workstream. You'll play a critical role in ensuring projects are aligned, prioritised, and delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, standards, and governance
- Oversee portfolio delivery, including risks, dependencies, and resources
- Produce executive reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
- Lead and develop PMO team members within a matrix environment
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and prioritisation
- Drive continuous improvement across PMO processes and tools
Experience Required:
- 5+ years' experience in project/program management, including 3+ years leading PMO service or leading large programs within a BPO contract setting.
- Proven knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
- Professional certifications such as PMQ, MSP or PMO‑specific credentials preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a matrixed environment.
