Sales and Lettings Negotiator - Ivybridge Competitive Basic Salary | Commission Potential Market-Leading Estate Agency | Fantastic Career Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our thriving Ivybridge team, supporting a large and varied portfolio of residential sales and rental properties across the South Hams area. Hours Full-time: 8:30 to 5:30 weekdays, plus every other Saturday, 9am to 1pm About the Role As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you'll be the friendly and dependable point of contact for our sales Applicants, Landlords, Tenants and internal teams. You'll provide clear guidance, confident communication and an exceptional service from start to finish. Compliance plays a key part in this role, and you'll help ensure our clients remain fully aligned with the latest residential sales & lettings legislation. Working as part of a close-knit, multi-skilled team, you'll play an essential role in delivering a smooth, positive experience to every client — consistently aiming not just to meet expectations but exceed them. This is a fast-paced, rewarding position, ideal for someone who can multitask, prioritise effectively and stay calm under pressure; This is a full time role. What We're Looking For We're seeking a dynamic, confident and motivated individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys building strong relationships. The ideal candidate will bring: Previous residential sales or lettings experience (full training will be provided) An outgoing, positive and professional personality A driven and pro-active approach to work A driven, proactive approach with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service Excellent administrative and typing skills, with strong attention to detail The ability to work efficiently and independently Confidence under pressure and strong problem-solving abilities Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Strong MS Office skills A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Why Join Us?
