Dutch Speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist

Central London (Hybrid Working)
My client is a multi national Real Estate Company based in Central London and are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for 6 months. There is a permanent opportunity.
Duties
- Executing and maintaining all financial and administrative processes related to lease agreements
- The role ensures accurate setup, changes, and termination of rental objects and lease contracts in the system
- Maintaining high data quality and compliance with lease agreements and internal
- Correct registration of lease agreements and addendums
- Execution of contract changes, and timely processing of lease terminations. The specialist performs ensures accurate and timely invoicing of lease contracts, including recurring rent, service charges, contract-related billings
- Monthly invoicing and settlements
Requirements:
- Must have experience using SAP
- Must be able to read contracts in Dutch
- AR experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Real Estate background is desirable but not essential
