You’ll play a key role within a busy and successful sales team, managing the process from initial enquiry through to completion while building strong relationships with clients and applicants.
This is a role where your efforts will be recognised, your earnings are uncapped, and your progression is genuinely supported.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Generating and conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
Progressing sales through to legal completion
Generating market appraisals and supporting valuations
Winning new instructions and building business opportunities
Delivering exceptional vendor care and regular feedback
Proactive outbound calls to applicants and database contacts
Supporting marketing activities and property launches
General administration to support the sales process
💼 About You
Minimum 12 months’ experience within estate agency (sales)
Confident negotiator with a strong desire to succeed
Target-driven with a commercial mindset
Passionate about property and delivering exceptional service
Keen to progress into valuations (or already conducting them)
Professional, well-presented and articulate
Full UK driving licence essential
