Executive Leadership: Maintain momentum on business priorities and act as a trusted partner to the CEO and Executive Board.
Operations & Performance: Oversee core operational activities to ensure efficient, well-controlled execution and cross-functional coordination.
Digital Vision & Roadmap: Assess the current landscape (applications, data, infrastructure) and translate business strategy into a practical digital roadmap.
IT Transformation: Lead the IT function with a focus on stability, security, modernization, and strengthened governance.
Team Leadership: Coach existing leaders, identify capability gaps, and align commercial and technology priorities.
Transition Planning: Develop a fact-based assessment of the current state and define the success profile for the permanent hire.
RequirementsJob Requirements - Interim CTO/COO
Proven executive experience as a CTO, CIO, COO, or Digital Leader in complex, fast-paced organizations.
A strong track record in operations leadership and digital transformation.
Experience leading enterprise IT, business transformation, and organizational design.
Background in financial services .
You are available on short notice, on-site.
