Your role as a Pallet repairer:
Restoring damaged LPR pallets, ensuring they meet LPR specifications and quality standards
Manual pallet sort and restore (ability to work with power tools)
Automated pallet sort with specially designed equipment to reduce manual handling
Operating MHE inside the warehouse (feeding machinery and repair benches or feeding manual sort line and put – away OK pallets in correct location in the yard)
Loading and unloading pallets from trailers
Responsible for achieving production deadlines and targets
YOU MUST enjoy physical work, heavy lifting involved
If you are doing full time your working days will be 4on/4off rotating, 7 am to 7 pm / 7 pm to 7 am.
Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:
2x days & 2x nights:
First 12 weeks – 12hr shift: 4 ON 4 OFF | £13.82 per hour
After 12 weeks – 12hr shift: 4 ON 4 OFF | £14.38 per hour
*PLUS £30 bonus for attendance and performance*
Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid break
