Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a key role in producing accurate, timely management accounts and providing insightful analysis that drives strategic decision-making across the organisation. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a key role in producing accurate, timely management accounts and providing insightful analysis that drives strategic decision-making across the organisation. What you'll be doing - Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow - Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis with meaningful commentary - Supporting the month-end close process and maintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliations - Partnering with non-finance stakeholders to deliver financial insight and challenge costs - Contributing to process improvement and finance transformation initiatives - Be qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) — QBE candidates with relevant experience also considered - Have proven experience in a management accounts or similar finance role - Have strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems - Have excellent communication skills — able to present financial data clearly to non-finance audiences - Have a proactive, analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail - Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications - Genuine career development within a stable, growing business - Collaborative and supportive finance team culture - Competitive benefits package including pension and holiday entitlement - Location - Newcastle - Salary - Up to £35,000 per year - Type - Permanent - Sector - Finance - Closing Date - 18 May 2026 Sign in with your email to save jobs and receive alerts
