EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3 Required)

About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Nuneaton to recruit a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time role with an October 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has a vibrant Early Years provision with excellent indoor and outdoor learning environments. Staff are supported through regular CPD and mentoring from experienced Early Years practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support high-quality learning through play
• Deliver phonics and language activities
• Observe and record children’s progress
• Help create an engaging learning environment

Pre-requisites:

• Level 3 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
• Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
