The Josef Korbel School of Global and Public Affairs Office of Enrollment, Marketing and Communications is responsible for the full cycle recruitment, admissions, and yield of graduate students. The office manages recruitment activities, application processing, application review, and scholarship coordination from inquiry through enrollment, in close collaboration with the University of Denver Office of Graduate Enrollment and other central partners.
In addition, the office works in partnership with the DU Office of Undergraduate Admissions to recruit and yield undergraduate students to Korbel majors and minors. This includes shared responsibility for recruitment events, outreach activities, and student engagement during peak undergraduate recruitment periods.
The Korbel Marketing and Communications unit supports both graduate and undergraduate enrollment needs and is responsible for all paid, earned, and organic content across web and social platforms. The team also leads internal communications for the Korbel School.
Position Summary
The Associate Director of Graduate Enrollment and Scholarships leads graduate recruitment and admissions operations and manages scholarship and financial aid strategy. This role owns admissions policy, application review, scholarship awarding, and coordination with the Office of Graduate Enrollment.

The salary grade for the position is 11.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $78,000.
