Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial forecasting, reporting, and operational performance tracking
- Lead aspects of quarterly and annual budgeting and variance analysis
- Consolidate cost reports, KPI metrics, and productivity initiatives
- Build financial models and analyze data for decision support
- Evaluate key business performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Perform month-end closing duties as required
- Review balance sheet accounts for accuracy and completeness
- Generate and analyze reports, ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Facilitate monthly operations discussions with stakeholders
- Collaborate on cross-functional teams, completing financial activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of public accounting or finance experience
- Good communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000
- This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance
Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
