About the Role
Due to our dynamic development, we are looking to join our team a:
Mid/Senior IT Security Engineer
What will be your tasks?
Overseeing, identifying, analysing and managing security vulnerabilities across our IT infrastructure,
using threat intelligence to effectively prioritise and mitigate risks,
developing and implementing new network/system/application security procedures and solutions,
analysing external and internal cyber security risks,
defining security requirements for systems, networks and applications and participating in the implementation of these requirements,
participating in the development of cloud infrastructure in terms of IT security solutions.
We are expecting from you:
a deep understanding of cyber security concepts, with extensive experience in vulnerability management and enterprise-level risk assessment,
knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools (e.g. Nessus, Qualys) and in-depth knowledge of threat intelligence platforms and frameworks (e.g. MITRE ATT&CK),
knowledge of networking concepts, operating systems (Linux) and web applications, with an overview of tools and vendors,
experience of working with OpenSource solutions,
interest in IT security and modern technologies,
experience in the field of system and network security, supported by relevant certifications,
independence, willingness to take initiative and ability to share knowledge with the team and non-technical people - expectations apply to candidates in a senior position,
comfortable communicating in English,
willingness to work in a hybrid model (once a week from our office in Warsaw).
An additional advantage will be:
experience in the development and improvement of SecDevOps,
knowledge of technical solutions in the field of cloud security,
relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or Certified Vulnerability Assessor (CVA),
knowledge of contemporary cyber security threats (types of attacks, detection and protection methods, good practices).
