Our Remote First approach gives employees the flexibility and trust they need to effectively balance work with life. It allows us to work collaboratively, inclusively and for greater positive impact, regardless of our individual locations. As a part of our Remote First benefits, Cambium will help reimburse the cost of setting up your home or remote office. OUR REMOTE FIRST PRINCIPLES We're committed to this approach not just for the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic, but for the long term. As we move forward we'll continue to follow these principles as a means of supporting our existing teams, and attracting tomorrow's top talent. 1 We prioritize a remote-friendly, flexible, and supportive work model/location policy wherever and whenever practical. 3 We will provide office facilities for some in-office work and collaboration in select locations. 2 We encourage all employees and teams who can work remotely successfully to do so, and will not force employees to return to the office if their role doesn't require it. 4 We will not require a one-size-fits-all work model, but rather allow each team to provide options that align with our principles while still meeting their specific requirements.
