</ul><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul>
<li>Outside Sales for residential and commercial power washing services</li>
<li>Leads are self generated.</li>
<li>90% of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up on prospects</li>
<li>10% of your time is spent on team building, meetings, training, and administrative tasks</li>
<li>Heavily focused on personal and professional training & development</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Minimum 2 year of outside sales experience</li>
<li>Previous D2D sales experience</li>
<li>Proven track record of success</li>
<li>Demonstrates a commitment to customers</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, ambitious</li>
<li>Self-motivated and results-oriented</li>
<li>Ability to work independently</li>
<li>Experience in the power washing industry is a plus but not required</li>
<li>A college degree in Business or a related field is a plus but not required</li>
