The ideal candidate is analytical, a problem solver, disciplined, and results-oriented. If the candidate is comfortable leading and acting as a team player, adaptable to changes in pace, flexible between strict and informal procedures, and wants freedom to “own” projects, they will be a good fit for the role. Manage crop production • Oversee planting, irrigation, chemical spray, dry/liquid applications) • Record field status, jobs completed, etc. • Coordinate the daily workflow between departments. Ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources. Manage Mechanics • Manage mechanics to ensure machine repairs are completed and maintenance schedules adhered to • Monitor work order requests, updates, maintenance schedules, and machine assets using Monday.Com • Maintain appropriate records and file appropriate paperwork with the state and/or federal government Pay up to 80K DOE.
