<p><strong>ServiceNow Developer<br /> Newbury (Hybrid)<br /> 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract<br /> &pound;90k-100k (DOE) + Benefits</strong></p> <p><em>ServiceNow Developer</em> needed with Telecoms domain experience including CMDB, ITOM, TSOM and TSM modules</p> <p>12 Month Fixed-Term Contract based in <em>Newbury </em>(Hybrid).&nbsp;Start ASAP in March/April 2026.</p> <p>Hybrid Working &#8211; 3 days/week remote (WFH) + 2 days/week working from the office in <em>Newbury </em>(Berkshire).</p> <p>Working with a global IT Consultancy helping a Telecoms client modernize it&#039;s network operations, unify inventory systems + accelerate digital transformation with ServiceNow:</p> <p>Key skills, experience + tasks:</p> <ul> <li>ServiceNow Developer with deep hands-on experience on ServiceNow platform including: CMDB, ITOM, TSOM and TSM modules.</li> <li>Designing, developing + implementing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.</li> <li>Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience in scripting, integrations + platform architecture.</li> <li>Building / customizing ServiceNow applications including: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, Flow Designer, Workflows.</li> <li>Technical Skills: designing CMDB data models, ITOM/TSOM implementation, Telecom Service Management (TSM), integrating OSS/BSS systems, Glide/REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, Mid Server, Integration Hub, Agile/Scrum.</li> <li>Driving ServiceNow platform development, CMDB maturity, IT Operations automation + telecom service operations transformation.</li> <li>Telecoms industry experience strongly preferred.</li> <li>Benefits: to &pound;90k (DOE) + 25 days holiday (plus BHs) + Hybrid Working + Pension + Health Care + More.</li> </ul>
