Salary: Basic £18,000 to £25,000 + 10% commission – OTE 50K DOE

Based Surbiton
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and alternative Saturdays 9 am to 4 pm (with day off in lieu in week working on a Saturday)
Car owner / driver preferred

Fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Sales Negotiator/ Sales Negotiator to work for a well-established estate agency based in the heart of Surbiton.
Key Responsibilities: –
- Responsible for managing the sales process of residential properties, from initial contact with potential buyers to the completion of the sale.
- Conducting viewings.
- Negotiating offers
- Providing market updates
- Progressing sales.
- Providing a first class customer service to buyers and vendors
Person Specification: –
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and highly motivated with the ability to thrive in fast paced environment.
- Passionate about property or (for a trainee) keen to learn and gain property knowledge and skills.
- 100% reliable.
- A positive, “can do” flexible approach.
- IT savvy – proficient in MS Office and database systems.
- Full driving licence essential. Own transport desirable.
- Local knowledge of the Surbiton area will be a distinct advantage but not essential.
- Candidates must live within an easily commutable distance from Surbiton.
