The Role
A varied position covering year-end accounts, compliance, and advisory support across a mixed client base. Perfect for someone who wants exposure, responsibility, and a clear progression path without feeling like "a number".
What You Will Do
Prepare and support completion of statutory accounts for a range of SME clients
Assist with corporation tax computations and compliance deadlines
Work closely with managers/partners on client queries and advisory pieces
Get involved in bookkeeping, VAT, and cloud accounting where relevant
Support junior staff and help maintain strong delivery standards
Build relationships with clients and develop confidence in meetings and calls

Requirements
Recently qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent)
Practice background with solid accounts prep experience
Confident communicator who's keen to be client-facing
Strong attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset
Interest in developing advisory skills and progressing in practice
