The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess a broad understanding of business goals and objectives. Proven working experience as a business analyst or data analyst is required.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS</strong></span></p><ul type="disc"><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work closely with Sales, Legal, Sales Operations, Global Services, Finance as well as Revenue Recognition to enhance value and consistency across all geographic regions</span></p></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Analyzing and review sales orders to ensure they should be credited for compensation</span></p></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Engaging with cross-functional teams to develop standard rule sets for compensation crediting</span></p></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Developing enablement documents for sales teams to answer compensation frequently asked questions</span></p></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Supporting other senior analysts on the team by developing automated and streamlined solutions</span></p></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicating with Sales and senior executives to review specific transactions and/or compensation concerns.</span></p></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assisting in the management of YTD compensation metircs</span></p></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Compiling regular and ad hoc reports of key operational metrics</span></p></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Compiling data from variant sources and systems to create effective reports to help management optimize business resources</span></p></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicating cross functionally with different business lines to ensure departmental years of Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, Purchasing and/or compensation background</span></p></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience working with senior management to CEO level and cultivating positive working relationships with Sales staff</span></p></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</span></p></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Cross functional influencing skills</span></p></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span
