<p><strong>A leading healthcare company with a strong legacy in advanced wound care and compression solutions is seeking a UK Product Marketing Manager. This role combines strategic thinking with practical, hands-on execution, allowing you to collaborate across teams, influence local initiatives, and make a meaningful difference for patients and healthcare professionals.</strong></p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues to support the UK product portfolio</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity</li>
<li>Help shape product positioning, pricing, and marketing plans</li>
<li>Partner with the wider EMEA team to ensure alignment and consistency</li>
<li>Gather customer feedback and insights to guide product messaging and value</li>
<li>Support and contribute to UK marketing plans, campaigns, and educational initiatives</li>
<li>Assist with product launches, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with sales and clinical teams</li>
<li>Track trends, campaign performance, and share insights to help refine plans</li>
<li>Support tenders, bids, and relationships with local KOLs</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; CIM qualification preferred</li>
<li>5+ years’ experience in product marketing, product management, or related healthcare roles</li>
<li>Experience in UK wound care, preferably Advanced Wound Care or Compression</li>
<li>Comfortable collaborating across teams and influencing without formal authority</li>
<li>Strong organisational, project coordination, and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible messaging</li>
<li>Analytical mindset and curiosity to learn from data</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence required</li>
<li>Hybrid working possible, with travel to HQ in Loughborough ~2 days/week</li>
