About the Role
<p>Administrator – Recruitment Support<br /> Hybrid / Head Office (1 day in the office – Wednesdays)<br /> £26,000 per annum<br /> 8:00am – 5:00pm<br /> 12-week contract (ASAP start, potential to extend)</p>
<p>We are looking for an experienced Administrator with strong recruitment administration experience to join a busy recruitment team. You will be supporting a high-volume function, managing up to 80 vacancies per week and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly from start to finish.</p>
<p>This is a hybrid position with one day per week (Wednesday) based at the head office, and the flexibility to work from home or from other offices on other days.</p>
<p>Responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Providing administrative support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Managing and updating candidate records using Talos (ATS system)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Liaising with hiring managers and candidates to coordinate interviews and communication</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintaining vacancy trackers and assisting with weekly reporting</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Supporting onboarding and compliance checks when required</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>2–3 years’ experience in a recruitment administration or coordination role</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Confident using applicant tracking systems (Talos experience desirable)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Available to start as soon as possible and commit to a 12-week contract with the potential to extend</p>
