About the Role:
We are looking for a 1st Line / 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our vibrant IT Service Provider. In this role, you will support the service desk and assist the project teams, helping to manage escalations and alleviate pressure. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to various projects as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality 2nd line support to users.
Assist and support junior 1st line engineers.
Address and resolve technical issues promptly.
Participate in the delivery of ad hoc projects.
Support Office 365 / Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Manage Windows Server domain environments, Windows 10, and Office 365.
Handle basic networking topology, DNS, and DHCP.
Work across the wider M365 suite, including Intune and SharePoint.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced 1st line support
Some experience in 2nd line support.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting Office 365 / Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Familiarity with Windows Server domain environments, Windows 10, and Office 365.
Basic understanding of networking topology, DNS, and DHCP.
Exposure to Intune and SharePoint is a plus.
Previous experience in an IT Service Provider is desirable but not essential.
