• Monday – Friday schedule with a 4.5-day work week
• One evening shift per week; closes at 1 pm on Fridays
• Outpatient-only practice seeing 20 – 25 patients per day
• Hospital-employed position with full benefits
• Full-service outpatient office with on-site services and equipment
• Open to practicing physicians and residents
• ACN physicians are welcome to apply
• Board-certified family medicine physician required with active DEA
