Project Coordinator – About our client:
Our client’s Operations team are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator ready to take the next step into a more senior, ownership-driven role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience coordinating projects for a subcontractor or manufacturer supplying into the construction sector, who is keen to broaden their responsibilities and progress towards a Project Manager position.
The role is hands-on and fast-paced, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously — from design sign-off and procurement, through to installation and client handover. Occasional UK site visits are required, so a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. This role offers clear progression into project management within a growing team.
Project Coordinator – Details:
Coordinate projects ranging from £2,000–£500,000 within the construction supply or subcontracting space
Work closely with clients, internal and freelance designers, and subcontractors
Manage design packs, approvals, procurement, and installation schedules
Prepare RAMS and ensure full health & safety compliance
Attend weekly progress meetings and provide updates on project and invoice progress
Office-based role with occasional site visits (driving licence & own car essential)
Package includes:
20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
£300 car allowance
Quarterly bonus subject to sales performance

Project Coordinator – Responsibilities:
Receive projects/orders from the sales team and attend handover meetings for high-value projects
Liaise with internal and freelance designers to prepare drawing packs and obtain client approvals
Conduct site visits, surveys, pre-start meetings, and design reviews as required
Procure all necessary products and materials for projects
Arrange installations and liaise with subcontractors and clients
Complete project handovers and obtain client sign-offs
Attend weekly WIP meetings and report on project progress and invoicing
Project Coordinator – What We’re Looking For:
3 years’ experience coordinating projects for a subcontractor or manufacturer supplying into the construction sector
Proven ability to manage multiple projects from design to completion
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Motivated to take on more ownership and progress into a Project Manager role
Adaptable, quick learner, and able to operate effectively in a fast-moving team
Attention to detail with good financial awareness
Full driving licence and access to own vehicle for occasional UK site visits
