Are you a seasoned engineering professional ready to advance your career in a dynamic environment? We’re seeking a highly skilled Facilities Engineer / Specialist III to lead critical discipline engineering activities, ensuring our facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

include evaluating and commenting on engineering work performed by both internal teams and external contractors, facilitating effective project execution, and communicating seamlessly across functions. You will lead hazard assessments, incident investigations, and risk evaluations for new and existing facilities, supporting continuous improvement and operational safety. Your expertise will also be instrumental in performance testing, developing operating guidelines, and coaching junior colleagues to foster a culture of excellence.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • A Bachelor’s degree: in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge: of discipline design standards, codes, specifications, and safety criteria
  • Proven ability: to manage tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and shifting priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: applications
  • Strong communication skills: in English, both technical and business-oriented

Nice-to-have skills include experience with HAZOPs, hazard hunts, risk assessments for facility projects, and leading plant trials and safety investigations. Preferred education and experience involve relevant engineering degrees complemented by significant industry experience in facilities or process safety. Other requirements may include participation in risk assessments, incident investigations, and possibly travel for site evaluations or project oversight.
