Job Duties:
- Apply powder coating to a variety of surfaces including metal, hardware, and accessories
- Loading and unloading the paint line
- Assisting with color changes in the paint booth
- Performing light touch up painting
- Checking nozzles and chemicals
- Ensure safety guidelines are met and the the work environment is safe
- Ensure parts are painted properly and meet quality standards
- Operate coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems
- Remove waste powder and maintain equipment
Requirements:
- Previous powder coat painting experience
- Able to wear a respirator and paint suite
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to lift, bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, stand, walk, squat
- Must be attentive to detail and able to distinguish colors
Work schedule: 6:30am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday
