About the Role
To apply to our graduate scheme, you must be either in your final year at university or already graduated. Individuals ideally should have completed their degree, master’s degree or apprenticeship within the past 3 years or be completing before September of the year they are applying for the scheme, or have between 2 to 5 years work experience.

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Our Operations Management Pathway is open to any discipline.
ENGINEERING
A degree or apprentice background in Building Services, Mechanical & Electrical, Energy and Design.
DIGITAL, DATA & IT
An interest and background or degree in data / digital / IT.
FINANCE
An interest in becoming chartered and have a degree or apprentice background in a finance, economics, accounting or STEM subject.
GENERALIST
Our Generalist Pathway is open to any discipline.
HUMAN RESOURCES
An interest and background or degree in Human Resources/Business Management.

Application Process
Apply
Apply with your CV and answer our pathway specific screen questions.
Telephone Interview
If successful, you will be invited to a short initial screen call. Further pathway specific question will be asked here.
Assessment Centre
The assessment centre designed to help you learn more about Equans and to assess you against our core behaviours and competencies. The assessment centre will include presentations, interviews and pathway specific activities.
Offer
If successful at all these stages, a verbal offer will be given. After this has been accepted an employment contract will be created and signed by the graduate.
