Apply your clinical skills in a multidisciplinary clinic FIFO (6 weeks on/off rotations) role, Offshore location – Flights and accommodation provided Max term full-time contract starting June 2026 till August 2027  Deliver exceptional mental health services including the provision of Torture and Trauma Counselling services to clients as an integral part of a dynamic team. The Role The Mental Health Nurse & Torture and Trauma Counsellor will deliver high-quality mental health care with the provision of Torture and Trauma Counselling in a clinical setting. Key Tasks: Deliver comprehensive mental health care tailored to client needs Provide Torture and Trauma counselling consultations as required  Initiate appropriate treatment and referrals during emergency situations Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring holistic care Administer medications as prescribed and/or in accordance  Conduct health programs designed to improve mental wellness Benefits Expand your expertise and connect with a professional network across Australia and internationally On-going training and development opportunities Work with professionals from diverse backgrounds in a collaborative workplace Enjoy rewards for your contributions, including service awards Access discounted health insurance plans and much more Requirements Full working rights in Australia Current AHPRA registration as a Div. 1 Registered Nurse Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience Proven experience with clinical coordination/case management and risk assessment within the mental health environment Relevant experience in Torture and Trauma Counselling Current First Aid / BLS certificate (or willingness to obtain) Current Federal Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
