<p>ERP Change Manager</p> <p>6-12 month initial contract with chance of extension </p> <p>Outside IR35</p> <p>Remote/Hybrid UK </p> </p> <p>An established global organisation are hiring for an experienced ERP Change Manager to join their transformation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you&#8217;ll drive real business readiness and adoption &#8211; not just plans and comms.</p> </p> <p>The successful candidate will bring bring deep change management expertise from global ERP programmes, with the ability to operate at both a strategic level (defining approach, shaping readiness) and a hands-on level (embedded in delivery, driving outcomes).</p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline"><strong>The Role:</strong></span></p> <p>**Own and deliver the change management strategy aligned to programme milestones<br />**Drive business readiness and adoption, turning process, technology and data changes into clear role impacts<br />**Lead stakeholder engagement across global, Spanish-speaking regions<br />**Design and deliver role-based, process-led training grounded in real operational scenarios<br />**Build and manage a credible super‑user network to support and reinforce adoption<br />**Define and track adoption and readiness metrics, surfacing risks early<br />**Support cutover and hypercare, ensuring users know what&#8217;s changing and where to get help<br />**Apply lessons learned from previous waves, continuously improving the change approach</p> </p> <p>Skills &amp; experience:</p> <p>**Fluent Spanish and English (essential)<br />**Proven experience leading change workstreams on global ERP implementations (IFS) <br />**Strong understanding of how change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter) translate into fast‑paced delivery environments<br />**Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence from frontline operations through to senior leadership<br />**Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels<br />**Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and willing to challenge when something won&#8217;t land with the business</p> </p> <p>Please apply or call Craig for more information. </p> <p>Cathcart Technology is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.</p> <p><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/Y3J1c3NlbGwuMDM3MjQuMTEzMDlAY2F0aGNhcnRhc3NvY2lhdGVzLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif"></p>
