Assessment
Depending on the role, you will be given an assessment or a case to work on to understand the day-to-day tasks and show us your skills.

Recruiter Phone Interview
You will connect with the recruiter to share about your experiences and understand the role more.

Manager Phone Interview
This is where you’ll get to meet your future manager or team member, and they’ll be assessing your skills with behavioural interview questions.

Final “Face-to-Face” Interview
This is the last stage in our recruitment process, where you’ll go through technical cases and questions dependent on the role.
