Previous Next 1 Resume Review After submitting your application, our team will review your details and see if you’re best suited for the role. 2 Assessment Depending on the role, you will be given an assessment or a case to work on to understand the day-to-day tasks and show us your skills. 3 Recruiter Phone Interview You will connect with the recruiter to share about your experiences and understand the role more. 4 Manager Phone Interview This is where you’ll get to meet your future manager or team member, and they’ll be assessing your skills with behavioural interview questions. 5 Final “Face-to-Face” Interview This is the last stage in our recruitment process, where you’ll go through technical cases and questions dependent on the role.
