Team Lead AI

Develop and execute a forward-thinking AI strategy aligned with our food family wide strategic objectives, business goals and values. Identify and implement AI solutions that automate processes, streamline operations and maximize productivity and customer focus across the company. Build, mentor and empower a high-performing team of cross-collaborational AI enthusiasts and ambassadors. Keep us at the forefront in our industry regarding AI by evaluating and integrating the latest advancements—with a critical eye on their societal impact, business value and long-term viability. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products —from ideation to deployment, measurement and maintenance —ensuring each initiative delivers measurable business value. Structured AI delivery process (e.g. agile development, data pipelines). Lead change management efforts to ensure openness and seamless adoption of AI technologies across all functions. Engage internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations and foster a growth mindset culture. Establish frameworks for the ethical, transparent and safe use of AI across the food family. Advocate for responsible innovation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. People leadership and mentoring of a small and interdisciplinary team of 2–5 people.
