This role requires you to be a driver, as you’ll be supporting people to stay connected to their communities and live as independently as possible.
About the Role
As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll support people with learning disabilities to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives. No two days are the same — you’ll be:
Supporting with daily activities and personal goals
Encouraging independence and choice
Providing emotional support and companionship
Helping individuals access their local community
You’ll be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own abilities, personalities, and aspirations.

Contract type: Relief
Shift patterns: 24-hour care services
Rotas prepared 4 weeks in advance – so you can plan your life around work
Optional non-contractual sleep-in shifts, paid at a flat rate of £64.20
