platforms (e.g.,<span> </span></span><span>CRM</span><span>, LinkedIn Recruiter,<span> </span></span><span>AI</span><span><span> </span>sourcing tools) to proactively source, track, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>M</span><span>inimize the use of contingency and<span> </span></span><span>retained</span><span><span> </span>searches.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Create strong partnerships</span><span><span> </span>with<span> </span></span><span>H</span><span>iring<span> </span></span><span>M</span><span>anagers<span> </span></span><span>across</span><span><span> </span>IT,</span><span><span> </span>IS,<span> </span></span><span>Engineering,<span> </span></span><span>Accounting</span><span>, recruiting and hiring processes<span> </span></span><span>comply with</span><span><span> </span>Federal and State employment laws and Company purposes.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruiting and recruitment technology.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development for future hiring needs.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion.</span></span><span> </span><br /> </p></li></ul></div><div><p><u><span>What You Have<span> </span></span><span>to</span><span><span> </span>Have:</span></u><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>5</span><span><span> </span>or more<span> </span></span><span>years of</span><span><span> </span>recruiting<span> </span></span><span>experience</span><span><span> </span>in a professional environment, using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)</span><span><span> </span>and CRM. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience with high volume requisition loads</span><span><span> </span>and technical roles requiring experience with specific and emerging technology platforms.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>PHR/SPHR certification preferred.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Demonstrated project management skills.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>I</span><span>ntermediate</span><span><span> </span>skills in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and contact with internal customers and candidates in a professional
