Sacco Mann is working with a well-established and highly regarded Yorkshire law firm that is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Chartered Legal Executive into its growing property team.

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancing Chartered Legal Executive, you will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, whilst working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

The role will involve:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases and remortgages
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documentation and leasehold paperwork
• Conducting searches and reporting to clients on findings
• Providing clear, practical advice throughout the conveyancing process
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with referrers and clients
• Supporting the wider team and assisting with the supervision and development of junior staff where appropriate
• Delivering an efficient and high-quality client experience from start to finish

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• At least 2 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters
• Qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with a degree of autonomy
• Strong client care and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A practical and commercial approach to problem solving
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
• The ability to work independently whilst also contributing positively to a team environment
