<strong>Job Requirements </strong><br><p>The Aspen Group (TAG) supports nearly 1,500 health and wellness offices nationwide, including Aspen Dental and ClearChoice Dental Implants. As Aspen Dental, we’re growing fast and looking for future <strong>Sales Trainers</strong> who love <strong>developing talent</strong>, <strong>driving performance</strong>, and <strong>being on the move</strong>.</p><br/><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Local travel weekly </strong>to offices within your region/territory.</li><li>Deliver <strong>in-person training and coaching</strong> to office leaders, sales professionals, and clinicians.</li><li>Improve consultative sales techniques and treatment plan acceptance to best serve our patients.</li><li>Partner with regional leadership to identify opportunities and implement strategies.</li></ul><br/><p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p><ul><li>Base salary <strong>$65K–$85K</strong> + <strong>uncapped commission</strong>.</li><li>Opportunity to make a real impact in a growing organization.</li></ul><br><br><strong>Work Experience </strong><br><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years in <strong>sales training, coaching, or sales management</strong> (luxury retail, cosmetics, healthcare a plus).</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Ability to influence without direct authority.</li><li>Comfortable with <strong>early mornings 1-2x / week (6:45 AM huddles)</strong> and <strong>overnight travel during training</strong>.</li><li>Comfortable traveling to local offices (approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour) 4 days per week</li></ul><br><br>
