Customer Service Administrator

<p>Cogent Staffing are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our Bradford based client.</p> <p>Shift/salary:</p> <ul> <li>Monday to Friday</li> <li>09:00-17:00</li> <li>£12.71 per hour</li> <li>Weekly pay</li> <li>Temporary, ongoing</li> </ul> <p>The role:</p> <ul> <li>Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email</li> <li>Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders</li> <li>Process orders, invoices, returns, and refunds</li> <li>Maintain and update customer records and internal systems</li> <li>Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, accounts, logistics)</li> <li>Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence</li> <li>Manage filing systems and general office administration</li> <li>Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties</li> <li>Ensure all work complies with company policies and procedures</li> </ul> <p>The candidate:</p> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Good organisational and administrative skills</li> <li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Ability to prioritise workload and multitask</li> <li>Professional telephone manner</li> <li>Problem-solving skills</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li> <li>Qualifications &amp; Experience</li> <li>GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths</li> <li>Previous office or customer service experience (preferred)</li> <li>Experience using CRM or office systems (advantageous)</li> </ul> <p>At Cogent Staffing, we are committed to ethical recruitment practices and fostering an inclusive workplace.
