About the Role
This is a highly visible opportunity to step into a true ownership role where you'll be the go-to expert for cost accounting while partnering directly with an experienced COO and operations leadership who are eager for a strong accounting voice at the table. The company is in an exciting growth phase with new strategic initiatives underway, giving this person exposure to long-range planning, operational decision support, and process building — not just month-end tasks. The cost environment is manageable, but the impact is meaningful, making it a great fit for someone who wants autonomy, cross-functional influence, and the chance to continuously expand their responsibilities in a collaborative, mission-driven culture that's investing heavily in its future.
