<h3><strong>Day-to-Day Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with project teams to provide energy modelling insights that inform design decisions.</li>
<li>Conduct detailed performance analyses to ensure compliance with energy and sustainability standards.</li>
<li>Prepare and present technical reports to clients and stakeholders.</li>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p>As an Intermediate Energy & Building Performance Modeller, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality building performance analysis and energy modelling. Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Developing and running building performance models using <strong>IES Virtual Environment (IES VE)</strong>.</li>
<li>Conducting analyses such as <strong>TM52/TM59 overheating assessments</strong>, <strong>TM54 operational energy</strong>, and <strong>Part L/EPC compliance</strong>.</li>
<li>Preparing clear, concise, and accurate technical reports and model outputs for internal teams and clients.</li>
<li>Collaborating with design, sustainability, and engineering teams to influence efficient and sustainable outcomes.</li>
<li>Providing modelling support for building services and energy conservation strategies.</li>
<li>Contributing to the development of internal standards, templates, and quality control processes.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Essential:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2-5 years of experience in building energy modelling or building performance analysis.</li>
<li>Proficiency in <strong>IES VE</strong> or similar dynamic simulation tools.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of relevant performance methodologies, including <strong>TM52</strong>, <strong>TM54</strong>, <strong>TM59</strong>, <strong>Part L</strong>, and <strong>EPC compliance</strong>.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present technical information effectively.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.</li>
