<p><strong>Vehicle Technician (VAG Brand) – Worcester</strong><br /> <strong>Basic Salary up to £45,000 | OTE up to £48,000 | Mon–Fri Days</strong><br /> <strong>Location:</strong> Worcester<br /> <strong>Hours:</strong> Monday to Friday <strong>8:00am–5:00pm</strong>, Saturdays on a rota<br /> <strong>Salary:</strong> Basic salary up to <strong>£45,000</strong> with <strong>OTE up to £48,000</strong>, plus benefits</p>
<p>The Role We are recruiting an experienced <strong>Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic</strong> to join a <strong>modern automotive service centre</strong> working on <strong>VAG brand vehicles</strong>. This is a full-time, permanent role offering strong earning potential, structured training, and clear career progression.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Vehicle servicing, repair, and diagnostics</li>
<li>Mechanical and electrical repairs (brakes, suspension, steering, exhausts, air conditioning)</li>
<li>Diagnostic fault finding using manufacturer equipment</li>
<li>Hybrid and Electric Vehicle (EV) maintenance (training provided)</li>
<li>Completing job cards and digital vehicle health checks (CitNOW)</li>
<li>Working to high standards with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or working towards)</li>
<li>Experience as a Vehicle Technician, Motor Mechanic, or Automotive Technician</li>
<li>Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desirable:</strong> <br />MOT licence or EV/Hybrid qualification (not essential)<br /><strong><br />Whats in it for you:</strong></p>
