<p><strong>Finance Administrator (Purchase Ledger)</strong></p>
<p data-end="567" data-start="222">A great opportunity for a detail-focused Finance Administrator to join a respected organisation in North Norfolk. This is a varied, hands-on role offering real ownership of the purchase ledger alongside exposure to wider finance processes — ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and adding value beyond transactional duties.</p>
<p data-end="875" data-start="569"><strong data-end="581" data-start="569">The Role</strong><br data-end="584" data-start="581" />Working as part of a collaborative finance team, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the purchase ledger while supporting broader finance activities. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll manage your own workload and build strong relationships across the business.</p>
<p data-end="906" data-start="877">Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li data-end="982" data-start="910">Managing the purchase ledger and maintaining accurate supplier records</li>
<li data-end="1067" data-start="985">Processing invoices, securing approvals and preparing payment runs (BACS/online)</li>
<li data-end="1131" data-start="1070">Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies</li>
<li data-end="1192" data-start="1134">Handling supplier queries via email, phone and in person</li>
<li data-end="1268" data-start="1195">Supporting month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting</li>
<li data-end="1348" data-start="1271">Processing overseas payments and applying reverse-charge VAT where required</li>
<li data-end="1413" data-start="1351">Managing expenses, petty cash and associated reconciliations</li>
<li data-end="1473" data-start="1416">Assisting with journals, accruals and banking processes</li>
<li data-end="1523" data-start="1476">Supporting internal billing and cost recovery</li>
<li data-end="1587" data-start="1526">Working collaboratively to ensure smooth finance operations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li data-end="1672" data-start="1606">Previous experience in purchase ledger or finance administration</li>
<li data-end="1711" data-start="1675">Strong Excel and general IT skills</li>
<li data-end="1753" data-start="1714">High attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li data-end="1808" data-start="1756">Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities</li>
