About the Role
<p><strong>Vanta Staffing High Wycombe</strong> is seeking to recruit 5 x <strong>Drivers’ Mates</strong> to join busy logistics companies in and around High Wycombe. Candidates must be physically fit, reliable, and customer-focused. Please note this is a fast-paced and physically demanding role; excellent communication skills are essential.</p>
<p>Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required.</p>
<p>7:00 AM – 4:30 PM – up to 45 hours per week, including occasional weekend shifts. Regular work.</p>
<p>£13.00 per hour.</p>
<p>This is a temporary ongoing position with potential to become permanent. Immediate starts are available.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of a Drivers’ Mate<br /></strong></p>
<p>– Assisting the driver with loading and unloading furniture items; some items may weigh over 50kg. Full training will be provided.</p>
<p>– Carrying out manual labour tasks efficiently and safely.</p>
<p>– Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure smooth operations.</p>
<p>– Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude and delivering excellent customer service at all times.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements for Drivers’ Mates<br /></strong></p>
<p>– Reliable with excellent timekeeping.</p>
<p>– Physically strong and fit to handle the demands of the role.</p>
