The Role:

We are looking for a candidate that can make their mark and ensure efficient, cost-effective production. Here’s how:

• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term production plans aligned to customer demand

• Optimise production schedules and packing line efficiency

• Monitor adherence to plans and replan proactively when needed

• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, materials, commercial, and quality teams

• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and support continuous process improvement

About You:

• Experience in production planning or scheduling within food or FMCG manufacturing

• Strong understanding of manufacturing and packing processes

• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and data-driven planning

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities

• Passionate about delivering results, building relationships, and embracing innovation.
