About the Role

·        Lead end‑to‑end project management activities for large IT initiatives (budgets exceeding $1 million), including application, integration, and AI‑enabled solutions.

·        Manage day‑to‑day execution across all project phases to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.

·        Develop, maintain, and govern project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and communication plans.

·        Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

·        Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical deliverables.

·        Secure and coordinate project resources and funding in collaboration with leadership and functional managers.

·        Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting to sponsors and stakeholders.

·        Communicate project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans to leadership and executives.

·        Ensure project deliverables comply with governance, audit, and internal control requirements.

·        Identify and manage cross‑project dependencies and resolve conflicts proactively.

·        Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI trends, and assess applicability to project delivery.

·        Perform additional project‑related duties as required.
