<p>All Qualified candidates will be responded to in 24 hours or less<br /> Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance<br /> Employment type: Full Time W-2 or Contract<br /> Rate: open to Negotiation<br /> Benefits: including Health, Dental Vision, PTO, Holidays, 401K,etc.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h2>Manufacturing Planner – Test Equipment</h2> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Tucson, AZ<br /> <strong>Work Type:</strong> Onsite<br /> <strong>Clearance:</strong> U.S. Citizenship required; Secret clearance required or obtainable</p> <hr /> <h2>Role Summary</h2> <p>We are seeking a <strong>Manufacturing Planner</strong> to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of test equipment, prototype hardware, and engineering build activities for aerospace and defense programs.</p> <p>This role works closely with <strong>engineering, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and quality teams</strong> to keep materials, documentation, schedules, and hardware builds aligned from design through production.</p> <hr /> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Plan and coordinate manufacturing activities for test equipment, prototypes, and hardware assemblies.</li> <li>Support builds involving cables, chassis, fixtures, electro-mechanical assemblies, and test systems.</li> <li>Manage material planning, procurement requests, requisitions, and part tracking.</li> <li>Monitor parts and materials from order placement through delivery and build readiness.</li> <li>Review engineering drawings, bills of material, build documentation, and technical requirements.</li> <li>Maintain build records, configuration data, quality documentation, and production status updates.</li> <li>Participate in design reviews to support manufacturability, planning, and production readiness.</li> <li>Track schedules, material availability, and build progress against program timelines.</li> <li>Identify and resolve procurement, material, documentation, and build issues.</li> <li>Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to support on-time delivery.</li> </ul> <hr /> <h2>Required Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.</li> <li>2+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, production coordination, material planning, or engineering support.</li> <li>Experience interpreting engineering drawings, including electrical assemblies, cable assemblies, chassis, or related hardware.</li> <li>Experience with material procurement, requisitions, part tracking, or supply chain coordination.</li> <li>Background working in a manufacturing, production, lab, engineering, or hardware build environment.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple build priorities.</li> <li>U.S. Citizenship required.</li> <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.</li> </ul> <hr /> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Active Secret clearance.</li> <li>Experience supporting test equipment, prototype hardware, engineering builds, or production test systems.</li> <li>Familiarity with configuration management and product documentation control.</li> <li>Experience with electro-mechanical assemblies, cables, chassis, fixtures, or test systems.</li> <li>Experience supporting bills of material, build records, procurement packages, or release documentation.</li> <li>Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and quality teams.</li> <li>Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>#cj</p>
