About the Role
A company in Matlock are looking for a Production Operative / Forklift Truck Driver to join their established team.
Shifts:
Monday to Friday, rota based
6:00am – 14:30pm / 14:00pm – 22:30pm
Rotating shifts
Pay:
£12.40 per hour – Days
£14.26 per hour – Afters

Duties:
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out production line tasks, such as weighing, packaging, and labelling products, operating machinery, and performing quality checks
You will follow standard operating procedures to ensure the efficient and safe production of goods
Experience:
Due to site location (Brassington, Derbyshire), own transport is required.
Applicants must be available to work on a shift rotation basis, days & afternoons
Counter balance Forklift Licence would be highly desirable.
Due to some aspects of the role, you will be required to lift completed bags and stack pallets by hand.
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
