The Role: Canvassing and door knocking within designated areas Generating new business and market appraisals Booking and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers and supporting the sales progression process Providing a high standard of customer service to buyers and sellers The Ideal Candidate: Willing and confident to canvass and door knock Target-driven with a proactive and resilient attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Full UK driving licence essential Keen to build a long-term career in estate agency Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm Saturday: 8:45am - 3:00pm 5 days per week (weekday off when working Saturdays) Package: Basic salary: £20,000 - £24,000 10% sales commission Realistic first-year earnings of £30,000 - £35,000 Ongoing training, support and clear progression This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, forward-thinking independent agency that genuinely invests in its people.
