<p><strong>Daily Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Leading and delivering architectural projects, particularly in the education sector</li>
<li>Managing a small project team and workflow</li>
<li>Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors</li>
<li>Producing and reviewing detailed architectural drawings and documentation using <strong>BIM software</strong> (highly preferred)</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards</li>
<li>Supporting the growth and development of the practice, including future leadership responsibilities</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Qualified architect with substantial years post Part 3 UK experience</li>
<li>Proven experience delivering projects and managing teams</li>
<li>Strong client management skills</li>
<li>Experience in education or community-focused projects</li>
<li>Proficiency in <strong>BIM</strong> and digital design tools</li>
<li>Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to progress into a leadership role</li>
<li>Suitable for associates seeking greater responsibility or career advancement</li>
</ul>
